Order Processing — When Production Starts

Order processing begins within 24 hours of payment.

Once production or allocation of materials begins, cancellations may be limited and fees may apply.
Custom Dolls — Cancellation & Refunds
Custom dolls are made-to-order. To be fair to our production partners and other customers, custom-order refunds follow this schedule:
- Within 6 hours of payment: Full refund (100%).
- Within 24 hours of payment: Partial refund (90%).
- After 24 hours / production started: Generally non-refundable. Cancellations after production begins will be reviewed case-by-case and may incur cancellation fees based on production progress and material costs.

In-Stock (Ready-to-Ship) Dolls — Cancellation & Refunds
- Before shipment: You may cancel; contact support immediately.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If you refuse delivery or request a post-shipment cancellation: Shipping, handling, and repackaging fees will be deducted from your refund.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an in-stock item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be offered one of the following:
- Free exchange — choose another doll; we’ll refund or collect the price difference as needed, plus additional compensation where applicable.
- Full refund — a complete refund if you prefer.

- We’ll confirm eligibility, explain any applicable fees, and guide you through the next steps.

- Custom orders are time-sensitive; please double-check all selections (head, body, material, features) at checkout.
- Refund timing: once approved, refunds are processed promptly but may take several business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on the provider.
- Any questions or special circumstances will be handled individually — contact support and we’ll work with you.

To ensure a fast and efficient resolution, please contact us directly if you experience any issues with your order. Avoid initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, as this can lead to unnecessary delays, additional fees, and complicate the process of finding a solution. We’re here to help — just let us know what’s wrong, and we’ll take care of it.
*Please Note: After you sign for the item, you cannot return or refund it for reasons other than quality issues, such as if it's too heavy, you don't like it, or you no longer need it. Since this product is a personal item, it cannot be resold. Please understand.
We offer solutions for the following situations:
- Wrong Doll Shipped: If the doll doesn't match your order, please provide an unboxing video or photos of the complete doll, head, shipping label, and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment.
- Damaged Doll: Please report the damage to the carrier immediately and contact us. We will provide a repair kit, replacement, or refund depending on the severity of the damage.
- Lost Package: Please file a claim with the carrier and notify us. To ensure safe delivery, most packages require an adult signature confirmation.
Refund Process
Once a cancellation or return is accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The typical processing times are:
- Credit/Debit Card: 6-10 business days
- PayPal: 7 business days
- Klarna: 7 business days
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please contact us and provide your refund reference number. We’ll work with you and your payment provider to resolve the issue.

Heating Recommendations for TPE and Silicone Dolls:
To ensure safety and proper use, we do not recommend leaving your doll in a single position with the heating function for extended periods of time. Prolonged heat exposure in one area can lead to uneven heat distribution.
Common Heating Behavior:
- Hotspots: Inner and outer thighs, knee areas, and calves are likely to heat up more noticeably.
- Normal Heating: The buttocks, chest, arms, neck, and the red light on the charging display may not show as much heat. This is normal.
For safe usage:
- Ideal Position: Your doll should be lying flat during heating.
- Time Limit: Do not use the heating function for more than 2 hours at a time.
- Caution: Do not leave your doll heated overnight or bend the limbs during heating, as this could cause melting.
Please Note: The heating function in sex dolls is an inherently unstable feature. The internal heating wires are fragile and can easily break during shipping or handling. If the heating function is not working, we will refund the cost of this feature, as it does not affect the overall functionality of the doll. We generally do not recommend choosing the heating function.
Electric Buttocks and Oral Function Refund Policy
Electric Buttocks Not Working?
If your electric buttocks function is not working, please check if the connection cable is loose. X-ray screening at customs may temporarily stiffen the doll, which could affect functionality.
If the heating or electric functions are not operational, we will refund the cost of the feature, as it does not affect the overall use of the doll.
